Privacy Policy.

TeamFoxy runs on the details of your business — who called, what you quoted, what you’re owed. That only works if you trust us with it. So here’s what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can tell us to do with it.

This policy covers teamfoxy.ai and the TeamFoxy product. It doesn’t cover information collected offline or through any channel other than these. TeamFoxy is built and operated by Cybernetika, and where this policy says “we,” it means them.

Consent

By using this website or the TeamFoxy product, you agree to this policy and its terms. If you don’t, please don’t use them — and if something here concerns you, tell us. We’d rather hear it.

What we collect

Whenever we ask you for personal information, we’ll make clear at that moment what we’re asking for and why. In practice, it comes down to four things.

When you join the waitlist

Your email address and, if you give it, the name and type of your business.

When you contact us

Your email address, your subject line, the contents of your message and anything you attach to it, plus whatever else you choose to tell us.

When you open an account

Contact details for you and your business — name, company name, address, email, phone number — and the billing information needed to charge your subscription.

When Foxy does your work

The business records TeamFoxy needs to act on your behalf: calls it answers and their recordings and transcripts, texts and emails it sends and receives, your customer list, your calendar, your price list, your quotes, invoices and books. Some of this is personal information about your customers. We handle it as your data, on your instructions, and for no purpose of our own — see Your customers’ data below.

How we use it

We use what we collect to:

  • Provide, operate and maintain the website and the product
  • Do the work you've asked Foxy to do — answer the call, send the invoice, post the entry
  • Improve and personalize how TeamFoxy works for you
  • Understand how the site and product get used, so we can make them better
  • Develop new products, services and features
  • Talk to you — support, service notices, product updates, and marketing you can opt out of
  • Send you email
  • Find and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents
  • Meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations

Your customers' data

When TeamFoxy answers your phone or emails a customer, we’re processing that customer’s personal information on your behalf. You decide what happens to it; we carry it out. We don’t sell it, we don’t rent it, and we don’t use it to market anything to anyone.

Your books stay yours and your customer list stays yours. We don’t share how your business runs with anyone else — and we don’t let the AI model providers we use train their models on it. Recording a phone call is regulated differently from state to state and country to country; where your consent or your caller’s consent is required, getting it is your responsibility, and TeamFoxy gives you the settings to do it.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who make TeamFoxy run — hosting and infrastructure, telephony and messaging, email delivery, payment processing, error and analytics tooling, and the AI model providers behind the conversational parts of Foxy. Each is bound to use it only to provide their service to us.

Beyond that, we’ll disclose information when the law requires it — a valid legal demand, a court order — or when it’s necessary to protect someone’s rights or safety. And if Cybernetika is ever acquired or merged, your information may move with the business; we’ll tell you before it does.

Log files

TeamFoxy follows the standard practice of keeping log files. Every hosting company does this; it’s part of the service. Logs record IP addresses, browser type, internet service provider, date and time stamps, referring and exit pages, and sometimes the number of clicks. This isn’t linked to anything personally identifiable. We use it to analyze trends, administer the site, understand how people move through it, and gather rough demographic information.

Cookies and third-party sites

We use cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — every major browser explains how on its own support site — though parts of the product won’t work properly without them.

We don’t run third-party advertising on this site, and we don’t let ad networks track you across it. Where we link out to other sites, this policy stops at the link. Those sites have their own privacy policies and their own practices, and we’d encourage you to read them.

We do not use Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve or train generalized AI or ML models.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as your account is open and for as long afterward as we need it to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations or to resolve disputes. Every action TeamFoxy takes is recorded — who did it, what changed, and why — because that audit trail is what makes your books checkable. Close your account and ask us to delete your data and we will, except where we’re required to hold on to some of it.

Security

We encrypt your data in transit and at rest, limit internal access to the people who need it to do their jobs, and log that access. No system is perfectly secure, and we won’t claim otherwise — but if a breach ever affects your information, we’ll tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

CCPA privacy rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)

Under the CCPA, California consumers have the right to:

  • Request that a business collecting their personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data it has collected about them
  • Request that a business delete any personal data it has collected about them
  • Request that a business selling their personal data stop selling it

We don’t sell personal information, so there’s nothing to opt out of on that last one — but the right stands. If you make a request, we have one month to respond. To exercise any of these, contact us.

GDPR data protection rights

We want you to know exactly what you’re entitled to. Every user has:

The right to access

You can request copies of your personal data. We may charge a small fee for this service.

The right to rectification

You can ask us to correct anything you believe is inaccurate, and to complete anything you believe is incomplete.

The right to erasure

You can ask us to erase your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to restrict processing

You can ask us to restrict how we process your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to object to processing

You can object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to data portability

You can ask us to transfer the data we’ve collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

If you make a request, we have one month to respond. To exercise any of these rights, contact us.

Children's information

Protecting children online matters to us, and we encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, monitor and guide their children’s activity on the internet.

TeamFoxy is a tool for businesses and isn’t meant for children. We don’t knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe your child has given us this kind of information, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to remove it from our records promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may change this policy at any time, at our sole discretion, and without notifying you individually. The only notice we give is posting the revised policy on this page with an updated effective date, and the change takes effect as soon as it’s posted.

Checking this page periodically is your responsibility. Continuing to use the website or the product after a revised policy is posted means you accept it.
